#1. Super Hero Groupies. These are Love starved woman and sometimes even men. As a Super Hero you attract all kinds.
#2. Jealousy. As you know Super Hero's are often put upon a pedestal. Trust me you let one bird get hurt while you are flying through the air to save a Burning Baby or building. PETA will haunt you for ever. Besides as that old Song by Rickie Nelson " Garden Party" says "You cant please everyone, so you just gotta please yourself." PS; If you dont know the song you can Google It....
#3. Titanium Man. With a name like that you know someone is gonna want to test your metal. So I suggest you give em a good taste of that Titanium.
Well Gotta go for now Momma is threatening me again.
Ya gotta wonder what part of his brain he pulls this stuff out of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a cold I need to get rid of by Monday and the blood clot in my neck so remember me
I have had some really good days. I had a great time at church last night what a blessing.
Love Pastor Tim.
Mal 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

Tomorrow I have my surgery I'm scared, I'm afraid of the unknown I know life will be different. Hopefully my cancer will be gone. I don't like seeing Ruth and the girls worried I love them so much they are my life and little Rylie what a gift God search through out Heaven and gave me the best ( sorry to all grandmothers and grandfathers I know you feel the same.)
I know God will be with me. I think about how Jesus said not to put new wine in old bottles or the bottles will break and both will perish, maybe God is doing a new work with in me and he needs a new bottle ( or me) he said if he puts new wine in a new bottle both are preserved. Preserve me dear Lord keep me in the hollow of your hand I am your servant and you are my God I love you Lord.
Mat 9:17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

I can’t believe it has been a week. It has been a long hard week and I’m not the patient. I can’t imagine what Tim has been through, the grace of God has been with him and us.
We almost lost Tim; the Dr. said today that the cancer was pressing so much against the vein that when he removed it he clipped the artery twice. He lost five units of blood his potassium went to 6.1 his heart rate was very elevated it was very scary. He has since received nine units of blood his numbers are good today he did get two more units yesterday. Looks like we will be going home we are ready. I do worry that he will be o.k. at home I don’t know when his blood numbers change or any of the things that need test to reveal the changes I will pray and trust. I will be giving him shots in his stomach for nine more months for the blood clot in his neck.
We have heard good news this week and devastating news but I tell the girls God is still the one in control he will have the final say. Tim and I talked and we both agree we look forward not back, we will have a vision because without it we will perish. We look forward to all the good things God has in store for us his plans are that we succeed in health in life and all that we do for him.
God is our hope, we love everyday together, every day we see our girls beautiful faces and our precious granddaughter say pray to” Jee jee adaman” the inheritance we leave behind to our family the inheritance to trust God in all things.
God bless Ruth
Pro 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Thank you for your love and prayers I am starting to feel better. I am sharing an e-mail from Ed only he can come up with this stuff. Pray for his wife Maylene I have a feeling she needs it!!!!!!!!
It's me again Pastor I hear you are not feeling so good. So like the welcome wagon of The Old Days I am here to cheer you up. I have given it a great deal of thought on how I was going to accomplish that. It didn't take me long to come up with something that seems to cheer up all Pastors. that's right a confessional. Wooo partner it's not going to be mine, but just what I've heard.
#1. I know that Johnny has been secretly plotting to take over your church. He has been staying out late at night learning to play the guitar and practicing up on his singing. Don't bother asking him he will only deny it. Yup That's What I Heard.
#2. Jerry our little drummer boy. He said he shaved his head in support of you. I heard that he shaved his head because he heard someone say that Bald Is Beautiful.. Yup That's What I Heard.
#3. Me well you know you can never tell from one minute to the next what is said or what I am up to. However I have been know to crack a joke about things True or False. Yup That's What I Heard.
Now that you know about what has been going on at church, I Expect there will be a speedy recovery in your future.
But I ain't one to Gossip, So you didn't here this from me.
We All Love You and are Praying for you.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh Home Sweet Home best place this side of Heaven ! so good to be at my home in my own bed when I left in the ambulance tues. I didn't know if I would ever be back. I thank God he spared my life on the operating table it was close. I know he has more for me to do. Love Tim. I thought I would share an e-mail from Ed, he makes me smile !!!!!
I tell you what you name a Super Hero, and everyone thinks they have a better name. I wonder if Stan Lee had this problem. FYI; He is the famed cartoonist who invented such characters as " Superman, Spider man, The Hulk, and of course that little sissy Iron Man" I watched Iron Man two last week, as a point of curiosity. Just so I could see if he invented any new weapons that you should be worried about, Titanium Man. Nope same stuff, Except the arc reactor he uses for his heart. I'm thinking with the stuff that's been going on maybe you could use one of those. I will keep an eye on E-Bay for a used one for you. Don't worry about getting it put in I can do that I stayed at a "Holiday Express Once" Ha, Ha, Ha. Back to the Hero Naming thing though. As usual My mind is a dangerous place as over the years you have found out. So here is some of the names of characters that I am sure Stan Lee had suggested to him.
#1. Superman. Though catchy not quite as catchy as " Flying in Tights Guy" I think he decided against it because of the long title mostly.
#2. Spider man. Another catchy one but still doesn't get his essence like "Sticky Swinger" You got to admit that would catch an eye or two.
#3. The Hulk. Adequate but not as catchy as "Jealousy Man" I have seen this man in action. So he might be easily confused with The average Joe.
#4. The Iron Man. Spooky maybe, but not if you have a spare Electro magnet setting around. I'm Thinking "Rustolium Man" Besides has anyone watched the Wizard of OZ. That Iron Man / Tin Man didn't fare so well. Besides I think there was a Copyright thing going on with that one...
Nope I Think Titanium Man is a great Super Hero. Although Mystery Man is kinda Cool Kudos for trying.
Well gotta go for now I here the Boss getting up, and if she catches me she will delete this, I hate it when that happens.

Sorry I haven't wrote anything for awhile I have been resting and mending. Tomorrow is the relay for life.
I have a goal to be push in my wheel chair a couple rounds at the relay for life sat then........... I want to walk as far as I can even if it is only ten feet . keep me in your prayers that I can.
I am looking forward to tomorrow I practiced my walking today. I hope to be there at noon to start the walk with all cancer survivors I'm not sure how long Ill last i will take a break and hopefully return. Thank you everyone for your encouragement you give me the strength to try.
I was a track star in high school I only lost one competition in three years I ran that track many times but none will be as important as the steps I take tomorrow. Each step I take is for all who suffered through all the trials and clinical studies to further the education that I have a chance of survival. This reminds me of the "Foot prints of God." when there is only one set it is because he is carrying me.
Psa 18:36 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip. God Bless Pastor Tim

I thank God for giving me the strength it was alot of fun I know he helped me cross the finish line. Just think he will be waiting when we cross our finish line cheering us on.
God bless Pastor Tim.
Psa 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

after our granddaughters 2nd bday party ( which was so special papa loves you Rylie.)
We went back to the relay for life for the luminary walk. What a humbling experience. I was never fully aware of the impact of cancer, until it knocked on my door. My father-in-law and mother-in-law and many friends have died from cancer. It was very painful to watch, and I thought I knew what they were going through . It has a whole new meaning now, last year I honestly probably would have said I didnt have time to go to the walk this year........ I'm blessed and it was a priviledge to have the TIME.
North Star is great one of my nurses Joyce was at the walk. What a special person, she cheered me on as I was doing the 220. Dr. Vicki Jones pushed me around the track. What an honor, she is a great Doctor and a wonderful woman. Thank God for people who have dedicated their time, and skills to make such a difference. I fell so grateful and confident that God placed me in their care and I pray for their strength to complete the task before them. Dr. Gary Bos is also a gift from God. Why did this happen I don't know but I do know I have met wonderful people. Also I have seen such tremendous love from family and friends maybe..... it was a gift. My role is to now take my experience and help others.
Church was great the music was perfect, and I loved having the privilege to minister thank you God for a great day. Love Pastor Tim.

Happy Fathers day to all and God bless. It has been a while since I have wrote anything, I am healing from surgery some days are good some are not as good. Last week was Rylies second birthday she is such a blessing. Nana bought her a doctor's kit and she took care of me all week lots of shots, she checked my heart and said it goes boom boom. She kept a good watch on my fever, and my ears must be fine she lokked at them enough she should know.
I went to my Uncle Bee's church sat. night, he is in his nineties and still playing that guitar. My Uncle Loys is in his late eighties and he can pick that guitar and sing. My briother Dennis was there and he sung so good to see.
I guess the nights events were too tiring I was not able to make it to morning service. The girls were here for dinner and we had a good time together. I had a good Father's day.
God Bless Pastor Tim.
Psa 119:27 Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.

What a good day I'm having alot of pain but my family helps me laugh. We took our two year-old granddaughter to the Dr.'s appointment. She is used to going to the Dr with her mom to hear our soon to be granddaughter's heart beat. first thing the nurse took me back to get an x-ray she wanted to go Nana told her Papa had to get his picture she said" Papa say chee" (cheese) she wanted to know if new baby Hannah was in Papa tummy. She saw the blood pressure cup she said " put on arm wap it roun feel all better." The Dr. said I will have to have surgery again, and I'm a dr's nightmare none of them know what to do with the cancer it is rare and they said they dont know if they should do more treatment if it will help or hurt they should know in a couple weeks. He said more then likely the cancer will be back. He told me it would be a good ideal to do the things I really want to now. He said if I want to take a trip to do it while I can I told him I wanted to take Ruth to see our family by branson so I will probably get to wait for surgery till after, will know in a couple weeks. We dont want to go till after baby Hannah is born. Later when we got home Chauntelle asked Rylie about the Dr.'s visit and what the Dr said she said "docker say papa need new toe."
Ruth took me to Whistlin Jacks for dinner and after we sat and watched the river holding each other under the moon light good end to a good but heart heavy day. Thank you God that you know me and all my days, they are numbered for your purpose. I am yours and in your hands all is well.
